Matrix Characteristics for Producing Aluminum Profiles at the Alumil-Albania Company sh.p.k.
摘要
Today, plastic deformation plays a significant role in global production, particularly in sales, due to its technical and economic advantages. One special field is the technology of processing and producing aluminum profiles and their alloys. The Alumni-Albania company has 25 years of experience with aluminum. The company’s focus is on producing its products, which determine the dimensions and accuracy of the production facilities and their use. Thus, the aluminum profile production processes focus on analyzing the matrices in Alumil Albania’s industrial environment. Through a comprehensive overview of production technology and the specifics of related alloys, three categories of matrices have been experimentally studied, divided according to analysis level: light, medium, and hard. Also, the analysis of the thermal treatments that the matrices undergo, such as the tempering and nitriding cycle, as well as the chemical and mechanical cleaning techniques, to extend the life of the matrix and maintain the correct dimensions of the aluminum profile. Experimental data demonstrate a clear relationship between the complexity of the matrix and the efficiency of the production process. High-complexity matrices require more time to process and yield lower strengths. The study offers a practical foundation for enhancing production processes in the aluminum profile industry. It suggests improvements in matrix selection, production parameters, and auxiliary treatments to boost productivity and quality in production.
