Alzheimer’s disease affects over 55 million people worldwide, presenting daily challenges for patients and caregivers. This paper introduces Assist Me!, a smartwatch-based support system combining multiple assistive modules into a single platform. The application features an AI-powered digital photobook, cognitive games (EuroTest, PAL, Clock Construction), a gamified task-reward loop (Click & Connect), beacon-based medication tracking, and a simplified Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) interface. All modules are optimized for the Apple Watch and linked to an iOS companion app. An online survey with 24 early and middle-stage Alzheimer’s patients and 14 caregivers yielded a combined average System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 78.2, indicating promising usability. Results show strong potential for smartwatch-based tools to enhance autonomy, engagement, and cognitive support in Alzheimer’s care.
