In this concluding chapter, I briefly touch on the main argument of the book: to engage with noise music is to engage with a unique praxis of learning from, with, and through the abject. I also discuss my personal relationship with noise music, reiterating my love of the genre while simultaneously connecting that appreciation to the theorizations of noise I present here. I end by describing my hope for the genre: to continue evolving in such a way that noise music increasingly challenges existing symbolic orders towards the construction of a better future.
