Introduction
摘要
This introduction begins with an overview of current understandings of noise within education before presenting the central argument: noise can represent a productive and liberatory force within learning. Noise music is then presented as a valuable site of research for exploring the role of noise within (informal) learning contexts. The chapter then continues to both define noise music and explore the history of the genre. Next, the chapter delves into the research methods used to support the subsequent chapters and what each chapter entails. This introduction then ends with a note about the open-ended writing style.
