Enhancing the User Experience of the Rasaku Application by Implementing the meCUE 2.0 Questionnaire

Rasaku is a technology start-up that provides a variety of archipelago cuisines that are equipped with a selection of typical Nusantara cooking spices. Rasaku offers convenience through applications with digital-based services so that users can cut the time they spend waiting for their dishes to be prepared. This research aims to ensure that the Rasaku application can continue to grow and adapt to the needs and expectations of its users. Through the feedback obtained, the development team can identify areas that require improvement in terms of design, function, and content. This research uses the meCUE questionnaire 2.0 method. The evaluation of the Rasaku application was carried out using the meCUE 2.0 method, which has five modules with ten different indicators, namely usefulness (6.32), usability (6.37), visual aesthetics (6.12), status (5.12), commitment (4.07), positive emotions (5.10), negative emotions (2.43), intention to use (5.10), product loyalty (4.52), and overall evaluation (6.4). Data collection was carried out by distributing online questionnaires based on meCUE 2.0 with media in the form of Microsoft Form distributed to 39 respondents domiciled in Malang City who had used the Rasaku application. Overall, users get a pleasant experience with a high mean score level in various aspects of assessment on the application.
