Technology is growing rapidly in our society. Everything has become automated to help humans doing their works. In this era, there are still a lot of works done by humans manually. Meanwhile, there’s a framework called SDG that has a goal to achieve innovation in infrastructure. In this case, a technology-based infrastructure innovation is the goal that is going to be achieved. RPA system that will be beneficial for an administration department to help them in the process of PKM proposal checking is going to be created. Before the system created, all the process were done manually by the staff, and it took a very long time to be done. Meanwhile, this RPA help the staff to execute their work automatically and it reduced 80,2% of the working time. Besides that, this system is also sustainable since it can be used for years even the proposal requirements are changing every year. With the implementation of the RPA, the administration department can use their time more efficient and effective to work on the other tasks.
