Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) plays a crucial role in modern company operations, as seen with its implementation at Motorcycle Variation Shop, a motorbike spare parts shop in West Jakarta. The research began by observing the shop’s current systems and interviewing staff to understand their needs. The goal was to demonstrate the usefulness of Ginee ERP for business owners managing multiple E-Commerce platforms. The research used problem analysis, implementation design, and evaluation methods to measure the system’s impact on the shop’s efficiency and productivity, aligning with Sustainable Development Goal 8, promoting economic growth, employment, and decent work for all. Through direct observation and in-depth interviews, the study comprehensively explores how the ERP System and Ginee Application influence the performance and management of online stores. The research aims to show whether Ginee ERP truly helps businesses and improves their operations. This examination provides valuable insight for other businesses looking to enhance their process, aiming to boost operational efficiency and productivity.
