The Role of Artificial Intelligence for Managing Human Resources: A Bibliometric Review
摘要
Intelligent digital systems have an impact on motivation, skills monitoring and feedback cycles, and are redefining the relationship between HR departments and staff; In fact, by rapidly integrating AI devices into HRM approaches, companies wishing to switch from reactive talent management to proactive skills management will experience a real moment of transition [1]. Our review explores the ways in which AI is transforming human resources practices. The idea is to understand the major current development trends in this area, and to examine the impacts of these evolutions, by analyzing recent scientific publications. A review of articles at this point shows that research is mainly focused on two aspects: AI- assisted recruitment systems and decision-making by algorithms. Even so, there are still a number of points of view that are insufficiently taken into account: So, this review is designed to fill these knowledge gaps by providing a synthesis of trends, a consideration of ethical challenges and a debate on the best ways to integrate AI within HR practices. Our aim is to provide a clear and accessible perspective to help both researchers and professionals better appreciate and anticipate these evolutions.
