In order to assess the condition of mechanical installations, especially rotating machines, it is necessary to establish a technical normative basis by which this can be verified. Vibration analysis plays a crucial role in assessing the performance of rotating machinery, particularly in demanding industrial applications such as rubber manufacturing. The implementation of thorough testing and sophisticated diagnostic methodologies has become increasingly important in the monitoring of the state of materials, products, and machines, indicating a broader trend toward proactive condition management. The three-roller machine, a vital component in rubber production, relies on the seamless operation of its electric motor and reducer (gearbox) to ensure consistent product quality and minimize downtime.
