This study aims to systematize IC research in a collaborative context through bibliometric analysis. The results show a growing scientific interest in the topic, driven primarily by collaboration between universities and industries. Furthermore, they confirm that the promotion of effective collaboration networks plays a central role in maximizing the potential of IC within organizations.
