The advancement of technology and the growing digitalization of business activities have resulted in a significant increase in the collection and processing of personal data. Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), created on August 14, 2018, establishes strict guide- lines for the protection of this data, imposing challenges on companies in the adequacy of their Acceptance of Terms (EULA) agreements. However, there is no guarantee that these terms of the EULA contras are in accordance with the LGPD or other legal compliance requirements. Thus, this project aims to develop a method based on Natural Language Processing (NLP), to automatically analyze these contracts, verifying their compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). The method will use NLP techniques to identify critical clauses and provide suggestions for adequacy, helping companies comply with the legislation. In addition, the research will address the performance evaluation of the proposed model compared to traditional methods of contract review, considering metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall and F1-Score. The project will also explore the integration of the developed solution into business workflows, aiming to optimize efficiency and reduce the risks associated with non-compliance with the LGPD. Ultimately, the method applied is expected to contribute to the legal certainty and regulatory compliance of companies.

摘要
