Proper vibration is helpful to reduce the porosity of concrete in precast box girder template and improve the tightness of internal medium. Developing intelligent vibration technology is of great significance to solve the issue of uncontrollable vibration quality during vibration construction. The technology is developed for the precast box girder, which involves the vibration machine and the vibration quality visualization platform. The vibrators are automatically inserted into the predetermined vibration positions to implement vibration with the cooperation of the motion and vibrating system. Wherein the vibration position and duration are determined based on the evaluation model of vibration quality. In addition, the vibration workmanship parameters are synchronously transmitted to the visualization platform by the vibration machine for realizing visualization of vibration quality. The technology is applied to the precast box girder from the Wuzhi to Jiyuan expressway, which effectively improves vibration quality and efficiency. This scheme of automatic process and visual vibration makes the concrete vibration process controllable.

摘要
