Epilogue
摘要
This epilogue looks from today’s industrial reality—gigawatt-scale offshore wind, advancing wave and tidal, and rapidly rising ocean solar—toward a near-future ocean-energy ecosystem that is modular, intelligent, and multipurpose. By combining innovative structures, materials, sensing, data, and robotics with robust ocean engineering, offshore renewables can become adaptive infrastructure that coexists with working seas—ports, shipping, aquaculture, and coastal communities—and forms a cornerstone of a resilient, next-generation blue economy.
