Teachers’ Personal and Professional Development Through Reciprocal Learning as Collaborative Partnership
摘要
This chapter explores how reciprocal learning fosters teacher growth beyond classroom practices. Drawing on the metaphors of “On Landscape” and “In Landscape,” it shows how cross-cultural dialogue builds multidimensional bridges between teachers. Ms. Zhong’s self-consciousness of life and Mr. Jackson’s best-loved self exemplify how teachers develop personally and professionally through reciprocal exchange. The chapter highlights the potential of reciprocal learning to create new educational landscapes where transformation is relational, sustained, and deeply human.
