The Organizational Model of Agriculturists’ Training in the Future: Government or Enterprise?——Analysis Based on MLR Model
摘要
“On which farmers’ training depend in the future gains higher efficiency?” This is the significant problem that this text mainly about to solve. Based on the human capital theory, this paper first analyzes the reasons why farmers generally do not buy the human capital investment provided by the government at the level of agricultural technology training, is that the training content does not meet the needs of farmers, or the selected apprentices do not have relevant human capital needs, or the training willingness of farmers selected for training may be ignored. Then by using the training data of new professional farmers in X County and the training data of WS Feed Company (161 samples in total), the hypothesis was verified by multiple linear regression model. Putting forward a opinion that the government does not have to train farmers in agricultural skills by itself, and it may be more appropriate to hand it over to enterprises or other cooperative organizations.
