This study focuses on the detection of embankment risks, applying Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and Static Cone Penetration Testing (SCPT) techniques in combination with clustering analysis. The results indicate that GPR and SCPT are complementary in embankment risk detection. The combined use of these two techniques allows for a comprehensive and precise evaluation of potential risks in embankment engineering. Furthermore, the application of system clustering analysis further enhances the accuracy and automation of soil layer division, providing a scientific basis for the safety management and maintenance of embankment projects.
