Everyday Activation
摘要
In this chapter, we present therapeutic methods that encourage patients to become more active in their daily lives. For adolescents with CHR symptoms, increasing everyday activity is a key aspect of treatment. Many of them experience severe social withdrawal, low motivation, and a tendency to become quickly exhausted. As a result, less self-activation is shown in their daily lives, which does not lead to stress relief but rather exacerbates their symptoms and worsens their mood even more. To break this vicious circle, we recommend promoting positive daily activities as part of the therapy. Engaging in positive activities daily can significantly improve mood and well-being. In this chapter, we present ideas for such activities, such as physical exercise, creative activities, or cognitive training.
