Dural Arteriovenous Fistula (DAVF) Attributed Headache
摘要
Dural arteriovenous fistulas are rare lesions, accounting for 10–15% of all intracranial vascular malformations. The most common and usually first clinical symptom is headache. Although headaches due to dural arteriovenous fistulas are often confused with primary headaches, it has differential features that require careful evaluation. Dural arteriovenous fistula symptoms can be progressive and life-threatening. Identifying dural arteriovenous fistulas as a rare cause of secondary headaches and preventing complications is crucial.
