Decision Support System Development for IT Project Management Automation to Support the LEAN Philosophy
摘要
The study considers the development of a decision support system for automating IT project management based on the LEAN philosophy. The theoretical basis of the work is based on modern approaches to project management, in particular agile methodologies (Agile, Kanban) and traditional (Waterfall). Methodologically, the study includes analysis of existing platforms (Jira, Trello, Asana), modelling of system architecture using UML diagrams, designing functionality in a Python environment with CI/CD support, creating a prototype and evaluating its effectiveness. The key result is the creation of an innovative prototype of the system that allows you to visualize tasks, manage sprints, track progress, support team collaboration and integrate third-party services. The innovation of the study lies in the combination of adaptive architecture, localization, integration with third-party services, and an emphasis on the convenience of the interface for different roles in the team. The theoretical consequences of the work relate to improving approaches to automated IT project management systems, and the practical ones are associated with the possibility of scaling and implementing the developed system in real IT companies. The study conclusions indicate the effectiveness of the proposed solution, its ability to adapt to changes in requirements, and a high potential for further development within an IT start-up.
