This paper presents the fundamental principles of Lean methodology as applied in office settings, details tools and methods used in implementation, and discusses observed benefits and challenges based on practical examples and case studies. The research underscores the adaptability of Lean principles beyond manufacturing and highlights their impact on organizational culture and performance.
