摘要
The convergence and encompassing of digital fashion, virtual environments and the metaverse is shaping interactions of consumers making them explore the virtual spaces. The study presents visualization of the research landscape by conducting bibliometric analysis in the field of digital fashion, virtual environments and consumer. By use of Scopus database spanned from 2000 to 2025 under the field exploring the immersive technologies employed with Bibliometix package of R Studio by a web-tool called ‘Biblioshiny’. The study identifies key research themes, visualizing global collaborations, and tracks down the evolution of researchers’ work. Findings reveal a significant shift of early research on e-commerce, consumer, and trust towards immersive fields like virtual reality, augmented reality, and artificial intelligence emphasized with recent developments of metaverse, immersive virtual reality, and systematic techniques like PLS-SEM. The area of immersive technologies emerged with digital trends in the virtual era direct the path for academicians, industries and various associations to explore deeper into the field in future.
