Harnessing Impact of Neo Banking on User Adoption: Analysis Using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)
摘要
Neo banks, digital banks, use advanced technology like AI, ML, and big data to provide personalized, efficient, and low-cost banking services, enabling seamless access from any location and coexisting with traditional banks in countries. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is used in the study to determine whether or not neo banking’s adoption has an impact. In addition, the study looks at perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward using neo banking, and behavioral intention to utilize them. The data acquired is primary data, i.e., a questionnaire based on the TAM model, and the study garnered around 100 responses. The research uses statistical software, namely SPSS, to assess chi-square, regression, and frequency to measure perceived use, perceived ease of use, actual usage, and behavioral intention to use. The study’s findings revealed that neo banking significantly influences user adoption, with perceived usefulness and ease of use influencing behavioral intention. The actual use of neo banking was also found to be significant.
