Noise in civil aircraft is an important index that affects passenger experience. Glass fiber porous materials are commonly used in aircraft to reduce noise. Two acoustic simulation models, JCA and impedance tube, are presented to study the sound absorption of porous materials. Through these two acoustic models, the effects of different characteristic parameters of porous materials on acoustic sound absorption and sound pressure changes can be effectively studied. The model provides a method for selecting better aerospace materials and reducing aircraft cabin noise.
