Conclusion: Toward a Coherent Ethical Future for Islamic Finance in South Asia
摘要
This book explores the ethical and jurisprudential foundations of Islamic finance, critically assessing its institutional development across South Asia. Through a tripartite structure, it sought to fill a scholarly gap by examining Islamic finance not merely as a financial sector but as a value-laden system governed by Sharīʿah principles. The work integrated the classical model of ḥisbah with contemporary regulatory needs, offering a legal-ethical framework for future institutional design.
