Aspects of Designing Climate Control Systems in Aircraft Hangars

The article is devoted to the development of an intelligent automated system for monitoring and controlling climatic parameters in hangars for storing aviation equipment, which are subject to special operating and storage conditions. The developed intelligent automated system for monitoring and controlling climatic parameters should be able to comprehensively determine and regulate the parameters of temperature, humidity and other necessary climatic parameters to ensure the storage conditions of aviation equipment. Thus, when designing the climate control system, mathematical modeling and the rules of the theory of automatic devices, which makes it possible the formation of universal algorithms and the formation of a simple and universal principle diagram of digital automata. According to the results of the study, the authors determined that when assessing the meteorological conditions of hangars, their temperature and humidity regime is of primary importance. A methodology for designing a microclimate control system in hangars for storing aviation equipment using circuit breaker theory is proposed. The proposed equations described the unified functional operation of the digital hangar climate control machines with the possibility of using artificial intelligence and LEAN for storing aircraft equipment, which is easily implemented on medium-level integration microcircuits or other microelectronic devices.
