This study examines the impact of the hybrid work model on employee productivity and job satisfaction. It also examines the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between the hybrid work model and employee productivity. A quantitative cross-sectional survey was conducted with 111 professionals working in hybrid environments. Results of regression and mediation analyses indicate that hybrid work models significantly enhance both job satisfaction and employee productivity. It also establishes that job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between the hybrid work model and employee productivity. Study findings establishing the positive impact of hybrid working models hold considerable significance for organizational leaders and policymakers.
