This study integrates bibliometric and SLR approaches across Scopus and Web of Science repositories to provide a comprehensive HR Analytics (HRA) review. It addresses limitations of prior studies that focused on specific themes, single databases, or methodological limitations. The increasing academic focus on HRA, particularly during 2021–2024, highlights its growing relevance in HR practices. Despite this surge, inconsistencies remain in HRA adoption barriers, prescriptive analytics, and ethical considerations. Our findings emphasize the need for future research on ethical considerations, employee perception, and resistance on HRA adoption, cross-industry comparisons, and SME adoption. As HRA continues evolving, addressing these gaps will be crucial for its strategic integration and long-term impact.

摘要
