The modern world is experiencing a period of paradigm shifts. New technologies have partly contributed to these shifts because they offer high-speed computing capabilities that make complicated AI systems possible. These advancements are making new Cyber Systems possible, wherein AI models are constructed using continuously generated data and applied to carry out specific jobs within the system. The IoT and CPSs (cyber-physical systems) are interconnected smart technologies widely deployed for military and commercial purposes. An evaluation of the litera ture on current and upcoming problems with AI use in CPS is given in this article. The literature review’s primary objective is to identify a conceptual framework for automating both technical and human processes with AI to boost resilience. The approach was comparable to a taxonomy analysis and literature review of intricately linked and interlinked CPSs. In academic and technical literature, proposals for IoT models, infrastructures, and frameworks are becoming more prevalent.
