This paper aims to promote the development of higher education management in a more scientific, refined and intelligent direction. Therefore, this paper constructs a learning prediction model based on GA-PCA. This model is a network model optimized by principal component analysis and genetic algorithm to improve the overall efficiency of the model. Moreover, this paper uses the algorithm model for reasoning, builds the system structure with the support of the improved model, and applies it to actual teaching management. Then, this paper verifies the scientificity of the model by combining experimental analysis. Finally, this paper uses the Internet of Things thinking management model to give full play to its advantages such as strong accommodation, fast computing speed, sharing, intelligence, and wisdom, continuously optimizes students’ education management, conducts student education management work intelligently, and continuously improves the level of student education management and work quality and efficiency through information technology.
