In order to improve the teaching effect of English majors, on the basis of wisdom teaching, this paper proposes a learning-promoting evaluation model combined with intelligent algorithms. Based on the value orientation of performance evaluation and its main problems in practice, this paper attempts to construct and elaborate the practical framework of technology-empowered performance evaluation based on data collection, evaluation process and evaluation feedback, and explore its specific practice path, so as to promote the innovative development of performance evaluation in the intelligent era. In addition, this paper combines experiments to analyze the effectiveness of the method, quantitatively reveals the problem of resource allocation efficiency in English teaching through Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model, provides the management decision-making basis for schools to shift from “experience-driven” to “data-driven”, and at the same time verifies the key role of accurate input and diversified output in improving teaching efficiency.

摘要
