Design of Social Media Crisis Warning System Driven by Sentiment Analysis
摘要
This paper reviews the design of social media crisis warning systems driven by sentiment analysis, and systematically explores the theoretical basis and application value of sentiment analysis technology in crisis warning. The early warning system based on sentiment analysis can effectively identify potential crisis events and provide decision support by real-time monitoring of sentiment tendencies in social media data. The article first reviews the development status and key methods of sentiment analysis technology, then explains the theoretical framework and design principles of crisis warning systems, analyzes the specific application of sentiment analysis in warning and the advantages and disadvantages of existing systems. Furthermore, a modular system architecture and implementation technology are proposed, and the application effect of the system is outlined in combination with scenarios such as public safety, natural disasters, and corporate reputation management. Research shows that the emotion-driven early warning system has significant potential in improving the speed and accuracy of crisis response, providing an important reference for intelligent crisis management.
