Artificial Intelligence (AI) has had a transformative impact on the healthcare industry in the twenty-first century. This study is based on a comprehensive literature review examining the role of AI in healthcare: clinical diagnosis and diagnostics, virtual patient care, drug development, clinical research, patient engagement and compliance, and clinical care. AI is being used in diagnostic and diagnostic services to evaluate treatment plans to reduce management by healthcare professionals (HCPs). However, this research proposal addresses many intellectual, ethical, and social issues, including privacy, security, policy options and testing, pricing, information and support, access, and performance while integrating medical expertise. The safety and responsibility of the patient and the faith of doctors in the recognition and improvement of health issues depend on the Effective use of AI. Good governance is a must to address ethics, trust and governance issues when promoting the adoption and deployment of AI. The concept of AI has revolutionized healthcare since COVID-19 impacted healthcare systems around the world, and this attack could be another step forward for future medical needs.
