The current study seeks to investigate the depth at which artificial intelligence (AI) applications create educational value based on secondary education teachers’ viewpoints in Baghdad City. For this purpose, a 28-item questionnaire was created that addressed the link between educational values and the use of AI applications in the teaching and learning processes. The questionnaire was rigorously tested for its validity and reliability and, in its final version, was composed of 26 items. The survey of 100 teachers was conducted among a sample of teachers (40 female; 60 male teachers), from secondary schools in the Baghdad Education Directorates. The data collected were processed by appropriate control methods to reach the research goals and to test the hypothesis. The results showed that the dimensions of AI applications for educational values were positive reflections overall, except for the problem-solving skills reflected to the average. Furthermore, there was no statistically significant difference between the mean total scores of male and female teachers. These findings reveal that it is of great importance to introduce AI applications in education to promote economic values.
