For neurodiverse individuals, EI can manifest in unique ways, fostering communication styles that are transparent and direct, often leading to clarity in tasks and deliverables. EI is the ability to correctly assess feelings (in oneself and others) and human relationships and to act accordingly (Helmold et al., 2023).
