Social Inclusion and Technological Innovations in Tactile Museum Accounting and Management
摘要
In the context of museums, technological innovations play an important role in promoting inclusion and strengthening the creation of social value. Museums and cultural institutions are oriented towards offering an accessible cultural product, where culture is shared and accessible to users. Technology is linked to the theme of accessibility and inclusion, as technological innovations represent tools to improve collaboration and sharing. The chapter analyzes the relationship among technological innovations, social inclusion, accounting and management. Starting from the theoretical approach of the inclusive museum model and the role of technological innovation in museum institutions, the case study of the Omero Museum in Ancona is presented, with the aim of evaluating and interpreting the managerial action towards inclusion processes supported by technology.
