The chapter examines the theme of social inclusion in the context of a specific type of cultural institution: the tactile museum. This type of museum is dedicated to people with visual impairments, but is appreciated by all visitors. The tactile museum is a museum typology designed and structured to offer sensorial experiences through the use of touch and takes on particular relevance in the activation of inclusive paths. The aim of this contribution is to combine two theoretical frameworks, such as Sandell's (Museum Management and Curatorship 17:401–418, 1998) inclusive museum and the Nature-Based Solution approach, to evaluate accounting and managerial tools and actions aimed at strengthening social inclusion. The chapter describes the qualitative case of the Multimedia Tactile Museum of Catania and describes how the museum develops social inclusion through an innovative management model. The contribution of the work is to provide a theoretical framework for evaluating social inclusion in tactile museums and the role that nature can play in strengthening this function.

摘要
