This chapter considers the evaluation of the publication activity of 3,292 journals published from 2015 to 2021 using statistical and network analysis methods. Statistical analysis of publication activity identifies leading journals by the number of Parkinson's disease publications between 2015 and 2021. A comparison is made between the total number of references to journal publications and the number of references excluding journal self-citations. The dynamics of journal publication activity during the considered period is reviewed. Classical and novel centrality indices are calculated for the journals citation network. A comparative analysis of ranks obtained from the values of different indices is carried out, and the dynamics of changes in each index over the years is examined. Additionally, clustering of journal patterns by changes in their citation over the years is performed. This allows identifying journals whose citations increased during considered period and journals whose citations declined. Pattern analysis is carried out based on changes in the In-degree index by year and an analysis is made of the stability of the journals network.
