摘要

Education, seeks to develop in students skills that promote analytical, critical and reflective thinking, where the creation of research seedbeds as an inter-institutional space University-School can contribute to an alliance of educational type in the formation of scientific groups in the management of knowledge to propose alternative solutions. Therefore, the methodological process was addressed in the quantitative approach through a descriptive research with a field and documentary design from the systematic review of some authors such as Vidal (2018), importance of alliances of school centers and socio-educational support organizations to school support; Garza (2021), knowledge management model as an academic and research requirement; Artigas (2017), determines the number, category and gender of researchers in Ecuador. This review allowed the content analysis. Likewise, surveys were applied to a sample of teachers and students in the statistical analysis. The results support the need for a training plan to promote research skills.
