The Interrelationship Between the Code of Ethics, Workplace Coexistence Standards, and the Violet Law: An Approach Toward Building Violence-Free Spaces
摘要
The code of ethics is a vitally important document within an organization, which guides the behavior of employees. This regulation embodies the values, principles, and ethical standards that the company requires to maintain a respectful and harmonious work environment. The Violet Law is mandatory within an organization because it helps ensure equal rights and duties among coworkers, with an emphasis on the most vulnerable, primarily women, who have suffered abuse and discrimination. The methodology applied in this research highlights the importance of having a code of ethics to promote an inclusive work environment of equality and diversity with discrimination-free spaces. Organizational leaders are responsible for faithfully complying with and enforcing each of these standards and principles.
