The increasing globalization of business education reflects the interconnected nature of the contemporary world economy, requiring business schools to adapt their curricula, pedagogies, and institutional structures to prepare graduates for international careers. Moreover, the study examines how internationalization efforts, such as curriculum design, exchange programs, and collaborative projects, contribute to the cultivation of these skills. Furthermore, it investigates the ways in which technology serves as a catalyst for enhancing global competencies, enabling virtual mobility, fostering intercultural communication, and providing access to diverse perspectives. The research considers the accelerated adoption of digital technologies in education, highlighting the importance of ICT skills for both students and educators. Through a review of existing literature and case studies, this paper analyzes the effectiveness of various technological tools and platforms in promoting intercultural awareness, virtual teamwork, and adaptability among students. The findings suggest that strategic integration of technology in internationalization initiatives can significantly contribute to the development of well-rounded, globally competent graduates.
