User Experience in Education 4.0: Adapting Learning to Digital Transformation
摘要
Education 4.0 has transformed the teaching-learning processes, with the integration of new emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR). In this context, user experience (UX) design plays an important role in the design of learning platforms, generating positive effects on usability, accessibility and personalization of learning. This study seeks to analyze how UX design in educational ecosystems or digital platforms influence the experience of university students, taking into consideration variables such as ease of navigation, compatibility with devices and adaptability of content through AI. Through a mixed methodology, 150 students were surveyed, revealing that, while customization and usability have advanced, there are challenges in accessibility and compatibility in these learning environments. It is concluded that optimized UX design, based on user-centered research, universal accessibility principles and explainable AI algorithms effectively maximize learning in digital environments. Finally, recommendations are presented for the improvement of more accessible, inclusive and intuitive platforms, in conjunction with teacher training to ensure effective integration of these tools.
