Human capability has developed innovativetechnological tools that enhance and, in some cases, replace human effort in performing specific tasks, as they achieve better results in significantly reduced time frames. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a technology that has been developed and improved in recent years. Its capacity allows it to perform simple or complex tasks depending on the context and the level of responsibility involved in any decision or instruction. This technology is characterized by its versatility and ability to be implemented in most strategic sectors of society, with the academic field being a space where ethical awareness is necessary to understand how and in what context this type of technology should be used. The importance of properly using this technology motivates a systematic review of the literature on ethical reflections and challenges of artificial intelligence applied to the academic field. This study presents the SALSA Framework to identify the current state of the topic and promote knowledge.
