This research identified and analyzed environmental mining management standards, guidelines, and objectives to advance the Mining Vision of Peru by 2030 in a comprehensive and sustainable manner. Social and territorial inclusion, environmental sustainability, competitiveness and innovation, good governance, and cross-cutting concerns were its main focus. Based on this paradigm, four environmental management objectives were set: water resource conservation, mining environmental liability reduction, illegal mining control, and socio-environmental conflict resolution. Qualitative, descriptive, inductive research explored stakeholder motivations and views. The findings suggest a holistic approach to Peruvian environmental mining management. Water resource management in mining should be regulated, with an adaptive response to climate change and strong participatory monitoring. Modern liabilities inventory management and transparent monitoring are suggested for environmental liabilities to ensure proper cleanup. Create sustainable economic options for communities, such as agroindustry and ecotourism, and encourage formalization and oversight to control illegal mining. Social-environmental conflicts are addressed through inclusive participation and effective institutional coordination between the Ministries of Energy and Mines (MINEM) and the Environment (MINAM), focusing on corporate social responsibility and mining region economic diversification.

摘要
