Productivity holds a universally recognized importance for a country's prosperity, whether in developed or developing countries. Moreover, the level of techno-economic development of a company, an industry, or a nation is often assessed through its productivity, as productivity plays a crucial role in economic growth and projection. This is why developing countries are increasingly interested in, and even actively engaging in, research related to productivity. It is within this framework that we are undertaking this research, which aims to evaluate how the evolution of factors influencing business productivity and determining the pace of growth and economic development can contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of Moroccan companies. This research is based on a qualitative study conducted with a group of Moroccan economic and political decision-makers, with the goal of better understanding this phenomenon and highlighting their perceptions and analyses of productivity factors within a specific context or situation (the case of Morocco).

摘要
