In the previous chapters, we were mainly concerned with stationary solutions of time-independent problems. However, quite a lot of problems and processes involve time and time evolution of quantum systems. In this chapter we are going to study methods that enable us to approach the time-evolution of quantum systems. We consider a time-independent Hamiltonian \(\hat{H}_{0}\) with a time-dependent potential \(\hat{H} = \hat{H}_{0}+ \hat{V}(t)\) .
