Vertebrobasilar System Bypasses
摘要
This chapter will review the indications for bypass surgery of the vertebrobasilar system, including complex aneurysms and vertebrobasilar insufficiency. Surgical revascularization remains an important option for managing select diseases of the vertebral artery. Representative techniques will be detailed, alongside preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative considerations. Success hinges on meticulous preoperative planning, precise surgical execution, and robust postoperative monitoring. Advances in imaging and flow measurement continue to enhance the outcomes of these complex procedures.
