As climate change reshapes the Arctic, Inuit farmer Tekkeitsertok helps turn northern Quebec—now the province of Nunavik--into Canada’s new breadbasket. Using bioengineered grains designed to thrive in the warming climate, he helps ignite the agricultural potential of the region.
