The modern world is undergoing significant changes under the influence of digital technologies, which not only optimize business processes and management decisions, but also change the idea of leadership, social responsibility and humanity in professional activities. Automation of decision-making processes based on algorithms, poses new challenges for managers, in particular the issue of the ethics of using technologies and responsibility for the consequences of their work. The changes that occur in the educational programs of managers under the influence of artificial intelligence technologies are analyzed. Traditional training methods, focused on strategic thinking, analysis of market processes and communication skills, need to be updated in the context of digital transformation. The need to expand the content of educational courses through disciplines related to digital ethics, risk analysis of artificial intelligence, and the balance between algorithmic management and the human factor is emphasized. Attention is focused on fundamental human values in the context of the use of AI. It is determined that such qualities as dignity, responsibility, freedom of choice, emotional intelligence, and creativity remain integral characteristics of an effective manager that cannot be replaced by technology. At the same time, it is proven that the integration of AI into management changes the role of leaders, making them not only controllers of business processes, but also facilitators who promote effective interaction between people and technology.
