As Armenians have led global efforts for genocide acknowledgement, their engagement with Greek and Assyrian counterparts has fostered collective advocacy. The analysis traces key moments of cooperation, beginning with dialogues initiated in Sydney (1999), expanding to solidarity efforts in Melbourne (2007), and culminating in state-level recognition in South Australia (2009), New South Wales (2013), and Tasmania (2023). It examines the challenges of negotiating shared narratives and the strategic role of joint activism in overcoming obstacles to federal recognition.
