In order to comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, it is crucial to ensure medical data security. This project proposes a data security system using the WEB 3.0 platform and a blockchain framework. This system utilises distributed ledger technology, smart contracts, and encryption algorithms in order to provide complete end-to-end security for patient health records in hospitals and clinics. The system also includes access control mechanisms like RBAC (Role Based Access Control), which offers various access levels depending on user needs, to maintain data integrity. More sophisticated cryptography techniques, such as hashing algorithm- based authentication protocols and digital signature technologies, enables secure network communication between clients and users. To improve user experience, the system also includes a decentralised identity management system.

摘要
